04 May 2016 is it necessary to quote the sub section also in law & tax.

04 May 2016 If law and tax relates to their sub section then it should be write sub section also.

04 May 2016 Thanks @ Murtaza Bhagat. for more clearification i restate that in LAW when answering a question quoting sub section is necessary or only main section is sufficient.

04 May 2016 Yes sub section is more important because sub section has their different clauses. sometimes you have to give exact answer by indicating sub section. for examples sec.100 sub section 2A says......then it will like appropriate reply. in short.section is like human body and sub section is like body parts you have to be specific when you talk about any specific body part.
