I have done audit of a firm, which is eligible for deduction u/s 80-IC. Audit of the firm was completed on 30.09.2012. But due to system error on line return was filed on 02.10.2012. Is the firm eligible for deduction u/s 80-IC as it could not file its return on time. In addition, we have filed a manual return in Income Tax on 01.10.2012 also.
