Dear Experts,
my question is under section 80DD & 80U- can get the full deduction Rs.50,000/- in (40%)normal disability & Rs. 1,00,000/- in (80%)Severe Disability or which is spent for medical treatment.

Dear Friend, Section 80DD and 80U are two different sections and dealing with separate provisions. Section 80DD & 80U you can get maximum deduction upto Rs. 50,000 or Rs. 1,00,000.
