a person has Income of Rs. 1,25,000 and Turnover of Rs. 50,00,000 in A.Y.-2010-11. In A.Y.-2011-12 he has Turnover of Rs.65,00,000. Whether Clause 9A of 3CD Report for A.Y. -2011-12 will be applicable to this person or not.Whether for this said clause answer is yes or not.
