05 June 2012 Whether Profissional tax of Business of F.Y, 2010-11 paid in FY 2011-12 will be covered under section 43B?
What about interest paid on late payment of Professional tax?

Profession tax shall be covered under 43B, and the tax shall be allowed in the year of payment including the interest.
