If Company A Ltd. is liable to pay Rs.1,00,000/- for workman compensation policy but on be half of A Ltd. B Ltd. Pays Rs.1,00,000/- for workman compensation policy will this expenditure be allowed U/s 43(b)

Yes, if paid before due date of filing the return. Treat the amount paid by B ltd as loan.
