05 August 2011 Sir,

I have paid commission of Rs. 100000/- on 15-09-2009 and deducted TDS late on 15-03-2010. I actually deposited the TDS on 25-09-2010. Whether the commission will be disallowed u/s 40a(ia) or not? Provid the reasoning.
