Sir In the of Advance given in cash for more then 20,000/-, Disallowance of expenditure sec.40(A) applicable or not

Advance for exp is different than cash paid and hence this section is in applicable. Thought the professional ethics do not say this, but even then this days cash payments if amde more than 20 k will be decomposed into 2 or more days to avoid dis allowance.
