30 November 2012 Dear Sir,

Can any one please help me regarding my this doubt..

If Indian Co. is incorporated but still co. is not doing any business..

So what to do for all the expenses up to date of starting business i.e. Commercial Production ?

Sec 35 D is for some purpose only..

All the other exp. like courier charges , telephone exp. etc. how can we claim? Under which section?

Do give reply as early as possible ...

S/35D deals with certain preliminary expenses list is mention in sub-section 1.

You can debit courier chgs., telephone exp etc. to pre-incorporation Expenses and then write it off in the First year itself. It will be allowed as expenditure u/s 37 (1) of the Income Tax Act.
