18 August 2012 I have a building & furniture and given on rent to other company, can i claim depriciation on said fixed assets, such company cannot claim depriciation on it.

18 August 2012 The depreciation shall be allowed to the owner of the asset.
Accordingly, the person who is giving it on rent shall get benefit of depreciation
