07 March 2012 I have a Director who is Director in various private ltd cos which are not subsidiary pf pub co.

Whether the Director is required to file Form DDA in all the Companies.

08 March 2012 It is not necessary to obtain DDA for Private Limited Companies.Form 24AA itself enough.
