13 October 2011 IF A HAS TAKEN LOAN OF MORE THAN 20000 FROM B AND B HAS TAKEN SAME LOAN AMOUNT FROM C..THEN CAN A RECEIVE IT FROM C WITHOUT VIOLATION OF SECTION 269SS OR 269T?

If A wants to take loan from C, then he has to take it thrugh a a/c payee cheque or DD, there is no involvement of B in here.
