Kindly clarify which provisions of Section 197 is applicable for Private Companies? How to determined inadequate profit in case of Private Co? Whether Net profit as per Section 198 is required to be calculated for director remuneration in Pvt Ltd ? TIA

Section 197 does not apply to Private Limited Companies.
