Whether the services provided by accountants,MBA(finance),etc. comes under the ambit of 194J if they are not salary based.

Sec 194 J is applicable to those services which involves technical or proffessional knowledge. So it depends on the nature of service and qualification of the person. Need clarificatin on nature of service provided.

05 October 2010 Profession of accountancy is specially mentioned in Section 194J.

Nature of service rendered would be determining factor, not the qualification.
