2.PURCHASER ARE FOUR(4)
3.COST OF PLOT IS 1.70 CRORE
4.SALE DEED IS ONE
4. WEATHER PURCHASER ARE LIABLE TO DEDUCT
1% TDS WHILE INDIVIDUALY THERE SHARE IS FOR LESS THEN 50 LAC IN AMOUNT, HOWEVER THERE IS ONE SALE DEED.

17 June 2013 yes You need to deduct TDS , No matter how many co-purchaser available.
