07 November 2015 In case of joint buyers of a property costing more than Rs.50 Lakhs, is it required to remit TDS of 1% proportionately by Joint buyers or will it be OK if only the first named buyer remits the TDS of 1% on the entire amount?

07 November 2015 I think it is OK if one person remits 1%
