28 February 2013 Dear Sir,

is minutes of Board Meeting is required to signed with in 30 days?

and if the board meeting is prepared and entered under the minutes books according to section 193 (1) and signed in next board meeting, will it be accepted as evidence in court.

28 February 2013 30 days period is applicable only on the minutes of general meeting.

board minutes maintained as per 193(1) will definitely be accepted as evidence in court.

28 February 2013 Thank You Sir

Our Question is if we entered minutes in the books within 30 days but not signed by chairman . and any inspection of any authority arise. will they accept the unsigned Minutes.

28 February 2013 No unsigned minutes will not be accepted by any authority.
In case you are expecting any enquiry or inspection from authority, finalise the minutes and get them signed for inspection purpose.
But there is no need to get board minutes signed in next 30 days.
