Hi All ,
One of our clients filed loss return.
Recently received notice u/s.
What are the is 139(9)?
Why the Audit report required for claiming loss.

please read section. dont expect experts here to do the reading for you. check if your client was covered under 44AD. if he was then audit report is required if the claim of profit is less than 8%.
