Is a subsidiary private limited company (which is a deemed public limited Company) required to conduct internal audit u/s 138 if its holding company (an unlisted public limited company) is subject to internal audit provisions u/s 138 of the Companies Act 2013... Please revert ASAP
Requirement for appointing Internal Auditor is independent of the companies falling within the criteria specified under Rule 13 of Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014
