Section 125 of Companies Act do not includes charge created by way of issue of Corporate guarantee. It includes the term "Floating Charge"
Whether Corporate Guarantee given by the company is considered as Floating Charge?

Not in the seance as it is required by the section. Floating charges means over all charges on all the assets
