30 June 2010 I have read Regulation 54 of CA Regulations,1988. However, It was not clear to me about payment of Stipend & also if somebody can please clarify such other practical difficulties.

30 June 2010 I have taken the secondment as well. Stipend will be paid by the principle under whom you have taken the secondment.

But please also let me know that due to secondment does my Principal need to wait for my term of Articleship to get over for taking a new Article in my place or immediately he can engage a new Article...???

02 July 2010 you will be count under the person with whom you are registered. So the main principal will not be allowed to take any body in place of you.
