what is the difference between secondment & industrial training? whether secondment is allowed in 2nd year of articleship? what are the stepss to be taken? please give detailed inside.

Secondment allowed only in last year of articleship . . Industrial training is for those who want to work with industries . . secodnement is for those who wish to work with other ca in practice to get exposure of work which was not obtained with earlier boss
