I require the tax rates applicable for individual from FY 1981-82 to 1999-2000 for calculating relief u/s.89 of Indian Income tax Act 1961 any one please help me by providing abovementioned rates. Though i tried so many times on Google but not found.

Sir, Go to TAXPRO.CO.IN website and download taxprocalc 2010 edition free software.You can find the IT slabs workings from A.Y.1995-96.Prior to that kindly approach anyone the companies issuing ready reckoner.
