Do we have to file any appeal or intimate the Income Tax department, if we are claiming deductions under sec. 80IA or 80IB? If yes in which is the form applicable for it?

No such intimation or appeal is to filed as per Income Tax, except that you need to get audit done by a Chartered Accountant and secure an audit report in prescribed form i.e. 10CCB /10CCBA /10CCBB /10CCBC.
And on the basis of that you can claim benefit. Although, the return goes annexure-less, you need to keep audit report in your records for future reference, if A.O. demands....
