12 April 2010 is the any donation is made for the trust for the rehabilitation of physically handicapped person is eligible for the 100% deduction for the donor under the section 80G?

12 April 2010 no for any trust only 50% deduction is available and it depends whether it is recognised trust by income tax or not.
if it is recognised only then it will be allowed u/s 80G.
