if a minor's income is getting clubbed with father's income and if mother deposits in minor's PPF account then who will be eligible to claim deduction u/s 80C for PPF deposit?

Deduction u/s 80-C is available to the one who is paying the same. There is no question of taxability of income in mother's of father's hand. So, in this case, mother will get the deduction of the PPF.
