Can grandfather pay tuition fee of his grand-daughter & claim income tax deduction under sec 80C or any other section ?

06 December 2012 Deduction u/s 80C in respect of tution fees is available only for children and NOT grandchildren.

Deduction is also not available under any other section.

deduction is allowed for childrens, and adopted exempton for adopted children is allowed.
