Here one of our client is doing Passenger Bus Transport Business he is having loss, as per sec 44AD should he need to declare 8% of his turnover ?

If there is loss, then get the books of accounts audited and carry forward the loss. If you want to opt for 44AD, then you need to pay tax on such profit.
