dear sir in case income of a commission agents show under sec 44ad and used 4s sugam if show taxable income 60% t0 70% instead of 8%? please advice because I came to know that sec44ad do not apply to commission agents. thanks.......

Section 4AD is not applicable for Professional. Section 44AD says Eligible Business. ITR4 will be applicable in the given case not ITR4S.
