21 February 2009 when i make an advance payment towards, the travelling expenses in excess of Rs. 20000 is it disallowed?

pls clarify at the earliest.

22 February 2009 if the expense is more than 20000 & advance is also more than 20000 then it is disallowed.

23 February 2009 travelling expenses ------payment is made to one person or more than one. If payment is made ti more than one and none of the payment exceeds 20000/- than it will be allowed
