08 October 2009 is mendetory to maitain register u/s 301 for private ltd. comapny if co. have any transuction related to it ?

08 October 2009 YES.

Maintenance of Register of Contracts in which Directors are interested u/s 301 is mandatory under Companies Act, 1956.
