27 June 2008 pls tell me that which type of party covered under sec. 301 of co. Act. and while reporting for loan taken from party cover under sec. 301 is it compulsory to report the transaction done with those party.whether loan from directors are covered under 301.

and read section 301 for parties covered it is defined very clearly
