03 September 2013 ON WHAT AMOUNT TDS IS TO BE DEDUCTED UNDER SEC 194J, INCLUDING SERVICE TAX OR EXCLUDING SERVICE TAX ?

CAN PERSON CAN TAKE THE CREDIT OF SERVICE TAX IN SERVICE TAX RETURN?

TDS is required to be deducted on SErvice tax protion also.
Per my knowledge recent judgement of one of the Highcorurt rulled that TDS not to be deducted on S.tax but it is required to be deducted in the interest of the client.
