18 September 2010 Hi,

For a public listed company it is mandatory to disclose its quarterly results in accordance with clause 41 of listing agreements. In case of non-compliance STX can take action against the company suo moto or investor can file complaint against the company in sebi or stx.

For a public unlisted company it is not mandatory to disclose its quarterly results in accordance with clause 41 of listing agreements.

In other words in public unlisted company an investor can not ask for quarterly results.

18 September 2010 agree with Sir Ankur Garg.
