I wanna to know about scrutiny notice. Can local office issue scrutiny notice.or only through computer assisted scrutiny selection . my friend received scrutiny notice from local office not directly from cpc.

Scrutiny Notice is always issued by your Jurisdictional Office. 143(1) intimation is issued by CPC. Hearing can be be taken by jurisdiction Office only.
