03 March 2014 I am an individual salaried person and i want to return my file but I am afraid of scrutiny thing.
Can you just tell me whether there are any chances of arising scrutiny on me.
And what should be done if it takes place?

03 March 2014 Normally scrutiny is not carried out in respect of salary income. However, if the salary income exceeds 15-20 lakhs and the assessee does not show any other income (interest, etc) then notice can be served on the assessee.
