One of my client providing scintific & technical consultancy service while raising invoice travelling & conveyance excluded from payment of service tax but assessing officer the travelling & conveyance exp is included for service tax payment purpose kindly clarify.

Hey As per service tax rule we need to inculde all the cost which are incurred for the providing of the service
