26 May 2012 Whether School ( not for the purpose of Profit) run by AOP having fees collection Rs 1 Crore during the year is required to file Income Tax Return ??? & Which form of Return to be filed???

And also Please clarify the position when the fees collection is less than Rs 1 Crore during the year ...

27 May 2012 Irrespective of fees every school has to file its return of income to its jurisdictional assessing officer in ITR-7.
