27 August 2014 Yes schedule III is applixable for CA Final Nov Exam.

Chapter IX-Accounts of Companies of the Companies Act 2013 has been included in Nov Exam for CA Final. See the ICAI notification from below link--

28 August 2014 Except for addition of general instructions for preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements (CFS), the format of financial statements given in the Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013 is the same as the revised Schedule VI notified under the Companies Act, 1956.
