08 June 2016 Payments made of Krishi Kalyan Cess is CENVATABLE and input credit can be taken to pay off output KKC. However Swatch Bharat Cess is payable in cash by Challan and is not CENVATABLE. No Input Credit can be availed on payment of SBC on Input Services.
