20 February 2014 we import samples form our overseas customer and clear the sample after paying custom duty & cenvat. we have to give sample to the our customer.Customer are ready to pay us cost which incurred on clearing.Can we willallowed to raised commercial invoice.
Please advice if allowed pls help along with chapter or rule no for reference.
