The meaning of "bainama" can generally be construed as a write-up of related conditions of the deal or say it as a- Sale Deed. . Generally the purchaser incurs the expenses towards registration. . The Seller can deduct the expenses only when he has actually incurred the expenditure. . After deciding the above fact, you may compute the capital gains and for the purpose, the consideration amount mentioned in the Sale Deed will be the Sales Consideration. .
