Sales against 'C' & 'F' forms

04 March 2009 Dear sir,

Please let mi know the liability if the customer is not able to give the form 'C' against OMS sales. and also i have done some branch transfer to my bangalore and Delhi branch so i have to get the 'F'forms from my branch but still they are also not in a possission to issue 'F' form.

pls. note the sales is pertaining to the F.Y. 2005-06, 2006-07 & 2007-08 & 2008-09

04 March 2009 If you are unable to produce c form then the differential tax alongwith interest has to be paid.

Similary for f form and if you say you have transferred within the state then state taxes along with interest has to be paid.

if you have transfered to out of state then you have to pay cst tax.
