Our company in Bangalore made a sale to a SEZ unit in Gurgoan.

VAT is applicable this kind of sale or not??

13 April 2012 It is a interstate sale so there is no question of VAT.

CST is concern over here which will be exempted against FORM I from SEZ unit.
