28 June 2011 We are doing depot sales by bringing material on Stock transfer on F from to our depots from plants. Suppose I get the material @100 and pay the necessary ED. Now can i sell this Ex godown at 120/-. If yes then what is the repurccation on ED

03 July 2011 Vlaue for depot transfer is the value of sales at the depot on the date of despatch from the plant.

Your case would be under provisional assessment and you would require to pay the addtional duty + interest on Rs. 20.
