23 April 2010 We are planning to close of pvt. ltd company. If we pay full salary for April & May to our staff, is there is any liability on Co. side.

23 April 2010 It is advisable not to escape statutory tax liability.

If salary is taxalbe, you should deduct TDS accordingly and deposit the same on time.

23 April 2010 April & May month salary will not cross the Statutory limit. i.e. below Rs.1,60,000/=. Can I make salary without TDS
