23 April 2013 we have deducted less tds from employee salary..
now should we deduct and pay the difference or can we show tax payable in Form 16 of employee??

Which is the correct procedure???

15 July 2013 employer has to deduct the full tax liability as tds, you cannot show the tax payable in the form 16.

16 July 2013 u need to deduct full tds at once only and not in installment.
after deducting correct tds issue new form 16.
