i want to know that i take a house loan from bank,can i calculate HRA in my taxable Salary,can i calculate Medical facility ,i have medical insurrance sec 80 D-Rs 6216/=
if possible then calculate my tax liabilty
my gross salary=1000000/=
Deduction U/s 80C-100000/=
deduction U/s-80D-6216
Interest on house loan-91246/=

17 February 2010 The tax liability will be calculated by the HR department of your employer. If you have ur own house then for what purpose and to whom u will pay rent?

conveyance-8000/=pm
i have own house and interest on loan-91246/=
80c-145000/=
80d-6216/=

17 February 2010 give me complete break up, you are missing something here yaar, you are saying ur gross is 10 lac that means ur basic+hra+conveyance shld be 83333/- bt urs cming is 85000/-, clarify.. as well conveyance is always 800/- and nt 8000/- chk it.
