I just wanted to know that what is the % of total perquisites in part of total Cost to Company ( CTC) as per income tax act?

18 January 2014 It is not fixed any such limit under income tax.

16 April 2014 it is depend of company HR policy and appointment letter of company.

in every field company have diff-2 % of total salary.
