if Basic salary = 5500/- HRA (40%) = 2200/- (In case of other than metro city) Conveyance = 800/- medcial all. = 950/- gross salary = 9450/-
but if basic increase by 600 then Basic salary = 6100/- HRA (40%) = 1600/- (In case of other than metro city) Conveyance = 800/- Medcial all. = 950/- gross salary = 9450/-
but when basic increase, how can reduce the hra amount...?? HRA should be reduced or not when increase the basic salary...??
